My constant goal is to ensure my clients save money on their mortgage debt, and have a plan to manage that debt as it fits with their life and goals. Your home is your biggest asset, and biggest debt, yet this asset can also work to build your wealth, if you plan it correctly.

Like a financial advisor, I deal with the debt side. A strategy for this "good" debt should be in place and I can definitely help with that. I make it a point to keep on top of rates, the economy, banks lending guidelines, industry /government regulations and programs so as to offer my clients the best strategic mortgage advise, and still keep things simple for them.
